Point3D Matrix Array to 3D Points

This module transforms panel-matrix array output into an array of 3D points according to the position of highlighted matrix cells.

Each 3D point is calculated as follows:

  • X : horizontal position of the cell scaled in the range [0..1]. (0=left, 1= right)
  • Y : vertical position of the cell scaled in the range [0..1]. (0=top, 1= bottom)
  • Z : value of the cell in the range [0..1]

Settings

matrix array

Input coming from a panel-matrix module.

3D array out

Transformed array of XYZ points.

num of cols

Number of columns of the input panel-matrix.

num of lines

Number of lines of the input panel-matrix.

ignore Z

If ON, Z values are filled with 0.5; otherwise they use the value of the panel-matrix cells.

ID's

visible only in god mode, see setup-panel-tab-expert.

unique ID

Current private ID for this control used to identify the object.

preset ID

Current private preset ID for this control used for presets.

recreate ID

If you experience difficulties in Polyphonic mode, try to recreate new id(s) with this button.

repair ID s

Each Patch shared on the local network uses its own ID (identification number). If you experience issues of Patches that don't send information to the good target, this button will rebuild all these id's.

Object Remote Address

absolute

Absolute remote address. see objects-address.

local

Local to the current patch remote address. see objects-address.

user addr

User defined remote address. see objects-address.
