Video Frame Buffer

Circular buffer of N video frames with position-based access for freeze, scrub, and slow-motion effects.

Be aware that buffered frames are stored in memory, so it can easily overload available RAM.

Settings

bypass

Bypasses the module processing when activated (ON).

  • OFF (0): Module processes normally
  • ON (1): Input passes directly to output without processing

video in

Video input flow(s).

video out

Video output flow(s).

process time

Total time used for the calculation of the module.

size

Buffer size in number of frames.

position

Read position in the buffer. At 1 the output is the live frame, at 0 the output is the oldest buffered frame. Intermediate values scrub through the buffer.

clear

Clears the buffer and all stored frames.

ID's

visible only in god mode, see setup-panel-tab-expert.

unique ID

Current private ID for this control used to identify the object.

preset ID

Current private preset ID for this control used for presets.

recreate ID

If you experience difficulties in Polyphonic mode, try to recreate new id(s) with this button.

repair ID s

Each Patch shared on the local network uses its own ID (identification number). If you experience issues of Patches that don't send information to the good target, this button will rebuild all these id's.

Object Remote Address

absolute

Absolute remote address. see objects-address.

local

Local to the current patch remote address. see objects-address.

user addr

User defined remote address. see objects-address.
