Converts a frequency (in Hz) to a MIDI note number according to a scale and a root note.
Frequency to convert.
Converted MIDI note number (rounded to the nearest note in the selected scale).
Harmonic scale. Force the output to be in the scale.

Note output as a float number, not rounded. For example, 430 Hz gives 68.602 -- MIDI note 68 plus 0.602 semitones of micro-tuning.
