Color Mix Mixer

N-input color mixer. Blends multiple color flows together according to an array of mix values.

This modules works also with color-array modules.

Settings

mix values

Array of values from 0 to 1, one per color input. Each value controls how much of the corresponding color input contributes to the output:

  • 0: the color is not included,
  • 1: the color is included at full intensity.

For example, if mix values is the array [0.2, 0.5, 0.6, 0.1] then
out = 0.2 * colorIn1 + 0.5 * colorIn2 + 0.6 * colorIn3 + 0.1 * colorIn4

color in

Input color.

out

Output color, computed as the weighted sum of all color inputs according to the mix values array.

ignore alpha

When ON, the alpha channel is excluded from the mix calculation and set to fully opaque in the output.

ID's

visible only in god mode, see setup-panel-tab-expert.

unique ID

Current private ID for this control used to identify the object.

preset ID

Current private preset ID for this control used for presets.

recreate ID

If you experience difficulties in Polyphonic mode, try to recreate new id(s) with this button.

repair ID s

Each Patch shared on the local network uses its own ID (identification number). If you experience issues of Patches that don't send information to the good target, this button will rebuild all these id's.

Object Remote Address

absolute

Absolute remote address. see objects-address.

local

Local to the current patch remote address. see objects-address.

user addr

User defined remote address. see objects-address.
