Color Dimmer

Applies a dimmer (intensity control) to a color and outputs the individual R, G, B channel values after dimming. In RGBW mode, a white channel is also extracted and output separately, which is useful for RGBW LED fixtures.

This modules works also with color-array modules.

Settings

color in

Input color.

dimmer

Dimmer intensity to apply (0 = off, 1 = full brightness).

color out

Output color.

r

Red value after dimming.

g

Green value after dimming.

b

Blue value after dimming.

w

White value after dimming.

Only available when mode = RGBW.

mode

Calculation mode:

  • RGB: outputs R, G, B channels only (white is ignored).
  • RGBW: also calculates and outputs the white channel, suitable for RGBW LED fixtures.

ID's

unique ID

Current private ID for this control used to identify the object.

preset ID

Current private preset ID for this control used for presets.

recreate ID

If you experience difficulties in Polyphonic mode, try to recreate new id(s) with this button.

repair ID s

Each Patch shared on the local network uses its own ID (identification number). If you experience issues of Patches that don't send information to the good target, this button will rebuild all these id's.

Object Remote Address

absolute

Absolute remote address. see objects-address.

local

Local to the current patch remote address. see objects-address.

user addr

User defined remote address. see objects-address.
