Audio Envelope ADSR

ADSR envelope generator module. Works as data envelope generator or as an audio envelope modifier.

Settings

bypass

Bypasses the module processing when activated (ON).

  • OFF (0): Module processes normally
  • ON (1): Input passes directly to output without processing

in

Audio input flow(s).

visible only if number of audio inputs is > 0

out

Audio output flow(s).

visible only if number of audio outputs is > 0

attack time

Attack time in ms.

decay time

Decay time.

sustain level

Sustain level.

sustain time

Sustain duration.

only active when the envelop is triggered with the trigger input.

release time

Release time in ms.

return to zero

Forces the envelope to return to 0 each time it is generated if ON. Otherwise, if OFF, the new envelope restarts at the current value.

inverse

Inverts the envelope output.

inverse

smooth

Determines if the volume or envelop changes smoothly (ON), or abruptly (OFF).

smooth speed

Smooth speed, only if smooth is ON. Fast value can produce audio glitches.

smoothed

shape

Global curve shape of the envelope.

  • linear
  • natural (expo)
  • log

play

Plays the envelop.

stop

Stops the envelope.

trigger

Plays the envelope and stops it (with the release time) after attack, decay and sustain time.

envelope

Envelope output in the range [0..1].

is playing

Send 1 when the envelope is currently playing.

Opens the web browser to display information or help about the selected object, if it exists.

Description of the module for internal help purposes only. The description is not displayed in the interface.

ID's

visible only in god mode, see setup-panel-tab-expert.

unique ID

Current private ID for this control used to identify the object.

preset ID

Current private preset ID for this control used for presets.

recreate ID

If you experience difficulties in Polyphonic mode, try to recreate new id(s) with this button.

repair ID s

Each Patch shared on the local network uses its own ID (identification number). If you experience issues of Patches that don't send information to the good target, this button will rebuild all these id's.

Object Remote Address

absolute

Absolute remote address. see objects-address.

local

Local to the current patch remote address. see objects-address.

user addr

User defined remote address. see objects-address.
