Video to Data Array

Crops a video flow and converts pixels to a data array of luminances in the range [0..1], 0 for totally black and 1 for totally white.

The size of the output data array is given by width x height. So try to reduce the size of the input video if you don't want to overload the CPU.

process time

Total time used for the calculation of the module.

start idx X

Crop start index (in pixel) on X axis.

end idx X

Crop end index (in pixel) on X axis.

start idx Y

Crop start index (in pixel) on Y axis.

end idx Y

Crop end index (in pixel) on Y axis.

scan direction

Determines the way the image is converted:

  • horizontal: line by line,
  • vertical: column by column.

data array

Data array output.

ID's

visible only in god mode, see setup-panel-tab-expert.

unique ID

Current private ID for this control used to identify the object.

preset ID

Current private preset ID for this control used for presets.

recreate ID

If you experience difficulties in Polyphonic mode, try to recreate new id(s) with this button.

repair ID s

Each Patch shared on the local network uses its own ID (identification number). If you experience issues of Patches that don't send information to the good target, this button will rebuild all these id's.

Object Remote Address

absolute

Absolute remote address. see objects-address.

local

Local to the current patch remote address. see objects-address.

user addr

User defined remote address. see objects-address.
