Video Mapping Multi

Creates a new video frame from parts of the original using arrays of x y coordinates.

In this example we have map index x=[0;110] and map index y=[0;20; 100;120; 200;220].
It produces an image made of 3 bands of 3 rectangles of coordinates (x1,y1,x2,y2) (0,0,110,20) (0,100,110,120) (0,200,110,220).
