Hi Olivier,

some suggestions and ideas to improve the software:

1/ Creating a preset manager for each module and not for the entire patch. For example, to have a preset manager module (like the actual module) but you can link it to any other particular module with a new input named “preset”.

2/ It would be useful for both step and step MIDI modules to:

- be able to save the sequences in external files like in the piano roll module
- loading this files by clicking on module (like wave files in sampler) with a reading mode feature (next, prev, random)
- to have a switch to reset the sequence in one click

3/ Creating a new step MIDI module with both velocity and notes in two parallel sequences (with the same features than before…).

4 /Never stop to develop this wonderful software !!!!!

Charles.

not so easy in the general case because most of modules don't have any value to store in preset.
2/ It would be useful for both step and step MIDI modules to:

good suggestions and probably easy to implement except for the next prev, random options...
3/ Creating a new step MIDI module with both velocity and notes in two parallel sequences (with the same features than before…).
more generally a way to improve the modularity of usine, be able to create 'packets' of linked modules and load them in a patch.
4 /Never stop to develop this wonderful software !!!!!
don't worry ...
