Hi everyone,
I need some help with creating a patch in usine. I basically need something which will connect 2 buttons to a fader, my intention is to have an UP button and a DOWN button so i can (for instance) choose between the midi files on the piano roll. I don't know if there's another way of doing this (the 'combo list' patches only allow you to map one midi or key to them, but i may be missing something). I looked at the keys2fader patch which looks great and would do what i need ot to do but I can't get it to work by replacing the keyboard module with 2 buttons.
Hve any of you guys ever created a patch like this that you could post as an example? it seems like it should be simple but i'm too much of a noob to really understand all the modules as of yet.
thanks!!!

Unless you will want to scroll through values with different intervals, you don't need to program that, but you have to do some more than the basic key learn.
Open up the window with the midi/key learns for the patch in question (the small square with a R in it). In the key learn field of the fader or list box, enter the the keys you want to use separated by a "-" (minus); eg Q-W. Search for "Complex key learn" in the manual for more info.
