synchronise piano roll with sample player

Hello.
I try to synchronise a piano roll with a sampler.
what i would like to do exactly is writting a score on a piano roll to trig events in relation with music on a sampler.
Using marker is not a solution because i need a lot of differents event
i can't using only triggering to synchronise there because i need to move position everytime.
If someone have an idea.

P.S: Is it possible to display piano roll in transparency with the sampler ?

cut your sample into small parts and
use the midisampler http://www.sensomusic.org/wiki3/doku.ph ... di_sampler ?

it gives 128 triggers possibles. Each note will trig a sample.

in fact i did the contrary. i play a sample on the grid and trig a little pieces of midi files with several piano roll on different racks
