MIDI split Out2 does not pass sustain pedal

MIDI split fastscript does not seem to carry sustain pedal data when using Out2 of the module. I'm using the splitter to only pass notes under C2. Out1 seems to pass sustain just fine. Is this normal expected behavior? It seems like asymmetric logic.

this script split messages note or CC, you need to filter your CC messages on a different flow
