Bug Report - Commenting???

I've noticed some strange web-related stuff on the bug report page.
Comments coming back regarding bug reports either are being listed as foreigner...or in some cases showing up as myself.

I know what I have written (not confused), just think it's funny because "In discussion" is looking like I am discussing the bug/feature with myself

I told you nay, I have a knack for software irregularities
Is the page Java based? Maybe I need to update my Java...Win8 with latest IE...that might explain it all...way to go Microhard.

Must be the case...Just used Mozilla without logging in and it looked correct...I just thought it was funny...had me second guessing at first if I was talking to myself

just testing with Win8/64 and last IE 10...works fine

Okay, when I am logged out it looks correct....creator, foreigner....when logged in...I look like I am talking to myself

Funny thing too is other reports look fine...just showed up on this one. Maybe it's a sign
