do you mean midi patch change or patch preset change ?

for midi patch change, use the midi create module

and for preset change add a patch setting module with a fader linked to current preset num inlet

I was wandering how can i send a program change message when recalling a preset inside a patch ?
I already have the module in my patch but i have to manually press the create button to send the message .
