Hello All!

I was wondering if anyone knew the formula or way to do the following:

So if Audio is displayed in a VU meter etc...it displays the dB value in integer.
What is the formula to convert this audio data into a useable dB value similar to how the VU meter does internally?

Use the Analysis/Enveloppe Follower module. You have two outputs, linear or dB.

Thanks levraibernardo. I have tried before but was curious about the correlation.
I was dopey and didn't realize there was a release parameter, so I always thought there was a huge difference
