Input/Output Gain Faders - Template Customization

I was curious if there was any capabilities via the Template method to modify the input and output sections.
I would love to be able to add my panner directly on the output section instead of a patch on each rack.

Would be nice to always have loaded.

no, the templates works only for the pop menu, no way actually to modify empty racks
