Hello,
I'm using a lot the conductor and i was thinking if it would be possible if the scene of conductor could change automaticly according to a number of cycle (bars) ?
For example the conductor scene 0 is played 8 bars then it move to scene 1 for 2 bars and so on ?
That way it would be cool to play along with an istrument and having a structure playing .

It's very more tricky but it does what you want.

Hello Joffo78,
Thanks a lot for your patch.Nevertheless i have few question :
- We can enter bars numbers in the list box right ? but i couldn't find the relation between the list box values and the different snap shot in the conductor ?
I didn't get for example how the snap 5 can go back to snap 1 ? and how i determine that the snap 5 is 5 bars long and the snap 1 one bar long ?
Cheers

in this way each line of the lst box corresponding to a snap.you can only go in chronologic mode.
But finally i found a better and simpler way to proceed :
http://www.sensomusic.com/forums/upload ... sition.wkp
in this patch you've just to create a pattern list where each line is the bar position.the number is the snap number.

Thank you for the new version, i get it more

. The patch is close to be perfect to me .... what i have done is : for example snap 1 is 4 bars long, so i have writen 4 times 1 in the list box .
Do you think it would be possible to have two list boxes like :
Snap numbers of bars
1 4
2 2
3 24
4 3
anyway i don't want to bother you more, if you don't have time for that .
Thanks a lot anyway

What you propose is closer than the first version . The advantage of the second is that you can recall a snap in any step. for example :
snap 1 for 4 bars , snap 2 for 2 bar, snap 3 for 1 bar and return to snap 2 for 4 bars.

if you be patient , i heard that with hollhock it vill be easy to do that with the grid mode. you will can change time signature to.

Yes you are right the second solution is better because more flexible . And you are right too about patience, but do you really think Hollyhock will be out one day ? (joke

)
thanks again

Hi,
Some times ago Nay Seven made this patch :
http://www.sensomusic.com/forums/upload ... change.pat
In this patch, while changing snap in the conductor, program change are sent too, very very usefull while using 4 hardware machine like me.
Your patch is perfect too .My wish is to have inside the same patch the one made by Nay Seven and yours :
http://www.sensomusic.com/forums/upload ... %201.1.pat
I didn't manage to make it work
If you have a clue ?

Il ike this solution too :

With it you don't need to create snapshot to recall you PGM !

Thank you so much for the two patches ! They are working perfectly, and true, the second solution is better now.
Thanks again
