Keeping pop up windows allways on top ?

Hi !

I'm looking for a way to keep pop up windows allways on top (wich they do except when you touch something on the grid with the mouse, and then you have to bring them back, and they do all at one).

Is there a way to do that ?

Actually no, cause it's a Windows issue...
