Was wondering what the easiest way would be to create this?
My FCB1010 midi footswitch sends 0-127 but my VSTs are 1-128 so when I press pedal 2 on the footswitch I get preset 1 in the VST. I'd love for them to be synced so pedal 1 = preset 1.

first could be to use a fcb editor maybe..?
second one could be something like this :
midi filter and create midi module must be set to program change

Thx! Your second solution works great although I will also see if it can be done via an fcb editor as well.

Oops...the expression pedals on the footswitch don't work now. Probably because of the filters being set to Program Change? Any way to have the best of both worlds?

yes , just add an other midi filter set to CC , directly between the midi in and your vsti ( or better , make a sub patch with all of them )
