Direct to Disk record button in master panel

It would be nice to have the record button from 'Direct to Disk' in the 'master panel'. That way if you're using the 'Instrument Builder' window you can just hit the button to start recording. That would also take care of the annoying floating 'record' window. The record configuration button could still live in the contextual menu.
