Is it actually possible to send midi messages from Usine to non-Usine? I have tried with JACK - for audio works fine, but MIDI tab is empty, so it even doesn't recognize Usine as MIDI controller.

You can with a virtual midi driver like midiyoke or loopbe. Once installed each app got it as an input or output so if ie usine emmit to loopbe out and your other app got it set to in usine act as a virtual midi ctrlr.
