what about a midi in and out for every fader, knob, xy plane, etc?
Then we could connect them to a midi output module, route the midi to a daw (e.g. with midi yoke) and record every session we play with usine.
when we play back the recorded midi in the daw we send it back to usine were goes to the midi in of the fader/knob/etc.

complex and heavy to implement in the general case.
will reduce performances on all modules for only special cases.
And it's very easy to do it in patches so...
