recording busses

Hi !

when I record from within Usine, I need : one direct input from a microphone (that does not go on an output), 4 channels of reverb(pre fader) and 4 or 8 channels of spatialised sound (pre fader). all this is recorded into 1 multichannel wavefile that can be used with Reaper and properly downmixed.

I tried to record from a rack that is not connected to any sound card but the DtD recorder seems to record only what is connected to a sound device.
so I made a silent rack to route all the channels from busses from different racks then each bus goes to an audio output.
then I made a special audiodevice patch where the audio inputs are connected to the very last inputs of the grey box where I know there is no sound card connected :

it is working, but it is a bit far fetched.

DtD Recording Busses, or a DtD module could be more straight forward.

right, a rack without any out device or out rack can't be recorded.
the soluce is to route the rack to a dummy muted rack
better solution because the buses recording is complex to implement.
