The combo box scroller width setting only affects the scroller in the closed position. This must really be a bug. It is very annoying and basically means I cannot use it, since the scroller is not wide enough to be reliably used in a live setting.
I don't think its possible to produce an SDK user module combo box since there is no way to produce an "on top" list that does not cause the patch size to be expanded.
Please can you fix it !
