i can't seem to find in the new Usine HH3 where to turn on the hover help that appears when you hover the mouse over a module/patch etc...

Yes, they're no more hints as before,
Now you can use the ? in the left menu to open the new manual page for the object.

could it be possible in a future update to have the Help open from the user hard drive instead of surfing the net to sensomusic.org?
