Seems I am having issues getting Focusrite Scarlett and HollyHock to play well with anything besides 44k. Everytime I adjust the sample rate I get a "Can't create i/o buffers" and it just goes back to 44k. Forcing from Scarlett will not do anything either because HollyHock has control. Anyone experience similar issues, or have any advice?

really hard to say..did you try the asio4all drivers?..are you on win? you might want to have a look at the windows sound settings..playback device -> properties->advanced->default format.. windows might be "forcing" those 44.1

Strange thing is without HollyHock open I am able to regain Scarlett control and modify the samplerate. Seems HollyHock keeps forcing it to 44k. Typically I have used no audio on this setup and doing control. Working on network setup now which is proving successful, however I would love to run the setup at minimum of 48K. My Master setup typically defaults to 48K min which I would hate to have to keep changing up the rates depending on application.
Even with windows defaults turned off on the scarlett this still happens
