plugin behavior

Sometimes on both my mac and my pc with a couple of different synths i use (Discovery Pro 5.6 and Synth1) I have a strange problem.

I will be playing the synth changing presets etc and then there is a loud click/pop which sounds like my audio interface going kaput.
I find that the synth has to be reloaded for it to make sound again. It seems to take out the audio for all of usine and when i reload the patch with the offensive plugin it is back to normal until it happens again.

It has happened to me mainly with discovery pro and synth1. It has also happened in ableton live with those same two plugs.

i heard that wifi can cause these problems. I am going to disable it now and report back
