Hi there,

I'd like to know what are the best practices to create a new knob from scratch.

I read I could use knobman (for instance), how would you make in my case ?

Of course, I tested the knob module, there are pretty stuff inside, but how to build one totally new one?
I didn't find that in the sdk (I may miss that)

Best,

The easiest way is certainly knobman are you looking for particular graphics or do you want really built new modules .?

curious about how to make new one. I guess SDK should help (!?)

knobman exports image files.

how can I integrate it in the built in/native usine knob module ?

(omg, I looked for that, not at the right place... man, I began to play with usine 5 hours ago... and already compile 1 module with sdk + make a TOTALLY unuseful patch but with leds, knobs, display etc ... nice, however :D )

(THANKS! cannot wait for 5.7 ! ! ! )

I have all of that
and especially I'm used to patch in max since 3 years

it means 2 things:
- I'll patch more (max + usine)
- my environement won't see anything more... I'll always be... The Nerd!
