Does Usine support Waveshell plugins?

For example, like GTR Solo or the rest of the Waves plugins?

I ask, because, the waveshell vst does show up in my list of vst's but, when I place it into a track, and click the "Show VST" button, nothing happens. Just wondering if any of you guys might know.

You should turn on the "Allow deep VST scan" in Setup/the Interface tab.

From the manual:

Check this option if you want Usine to scan VST’s deeply and verify that they are valid. To access the Vst shell list (ie. Waves Plugins) you must turn this option on.

Note that the “deep” scanning can take a long time but is done only when necessary.

Also using shell2vst (google) may help improve your waves plugins within Usine experience.
