How to reset USB/MIDI/AUDIO drivers

I have been changing some USB devices and the old devices still seem to be "initialized?"

Is there any way just to clear out all USB/MIDI/Audio driver information that Usine has and re-add the new ones?

open the folder:Usine Hollyhock ...ConfigDefault Devices and delete all files
now open Usine and the device panel and use the clear all devices command in its contextual menu
