fader value matching a vst value

I want my usine fader to match the values in my vst.
The vst values go from -24 to +24 (it is for a range of intervals)
My usine fader goes from 0 -1
Im guessing I need some kind of math function to apply to it?

how do i patch it?
would it go between the fader and the vst input?

you can set your knob min and max as -24 to 24, then you insert a patch you'll find in modules/data/data manipulation/ change scale (out 0..1) and set it too with min in/max in -24 to 24 like this :
