Improvements
- some interface details in the sequencer
- new Live Kit: a simple Bar Recorder

Fixed bugs

- now keyboard arrows are inactive in the Browser Window
- bad workspace initialization in the file/New Empty workspace command
- bad master tempo initialization in VST's

works fine , many thanks for those fix
