This update fixes several reported issues.

corrected bugs
Ticket #23 : On mouse down array values
Ticket #27 : Switch module touchscreen problem
Ticket #29 : Automating piano roll numfile in grid
Ticket #31 : No mouse control after Touch
Ticket #35 : On activation module issue on rack activation.
Ticket #47 : Audio ADSR - Stop before Decay
Sampler module : audio thru in OverDub recording issues.
Sub-Patches : Undo is not really disabled if the option is toggled off
Wrong frame assignment on fader's bitmaps.

Mouse down array values are now working well
