Fixed bugs:
- Piano roll: when notes are created too closely, they aren't repeated.
- Error message displayed when loading some VST (Tasman, etc.)

but about the piano roll when i record a single long note there's a repeat effect at the first of this note when i play it...
and in fact , i've this effect on all notes and the red cursor seems to have the shakes...

hum , strange , i've load a new workspace
and don't have this problem more...
