I tried it on Linux and Windows, both do not have a "From Iannix" option. Using tools like loopBe or loopMidi don't seem to work. All other midi works fine, even the "sequencer transport option", but no timecode / smpte…
I think I will have to try to reach someone from Iannix, but the forum seems to be quite dead…
Thanks a lot so far!

Actually, we have no solution in Usine to deal with a string like that. So, unfortunately, I don't have a solution for you at the moment. But, I spoke to Senso right now, and as I understand, in the next release, you will find a string inlet on the "Set SMPTE" module, and normally it will do the job. I don't know Iannix a lot, so I can't have a try, but maybe you can send the SMPTE informations in another form, like arrays, it would be simplier to deal with it.
All the best

As Iannix doesn't seem to be able to send MTC or MidiClock, I tried to send SMPTE via OSC. It works so far, I can send the global elapsed time via OSC. But the problems are:
1. I don't know how get this read by Usine's syncro module, 2. The Timecode is send as text value.
I didn't find a way to a) connect this OSC-value to a syncro module, b) translate this text to regular smpte
Does anyone has an idea how to do this? Or is there a better and easier way of getting both timecode synced?
Thanks a lot,
Christian
