you mean you have a sampler module with many samples loaded into the file list. then you want to have one button assigned to keystroke "L" which - when pressed - changes to the next sample and plays it?
if so:
create a Button and a Wait 1 module. button > Sampler.next and also to > Wait 1.in Wait 1.out > Sampler.play
