Currently there's no easy way, but a quick workaround is to create new ones, copy them in the good order and delete the first old ones.
Drag and drop to reorder presets in the list view is the easiest way to do it, just like the way that we can reorder collapsed racks.
Is this feature hard to program and implement?
I think that maybe a kind of customized presets manager can be created with draggable content list.
Request in discussion with Senso for upcomming update, maybe for HH4. But you had to be patient
