That's where the suggestion comes from initially. But even without that option in Live browser you can just peek inside project files and see tracks inside and their midi/audio clips.

Hollyhock will create a folder with all used resources (audio, video....). In the past, Hollyhock exported racks and patches too, but not anymore, certainely because it is redondant...
