The Additional Audio Input module gives you the same list of available inputs as you find on each channel. However, the aux outputs aren't available in any module as far as I know. I'm not quite sure if I understand your question about busses, but if you mean how to name them - it's easy: Just give the send and get busses the same name. For all I know (haven't tried though), you can use the same name on several send busses.
You're right about the interface builder, it's stored as part of the workspace.
