I'm having the same issue. I have a 12.5 inch 4k screen (Dell XPS 12). If I change the global zoom control to anything greater than 1, there is no way to see the settings menu anymore. Also, with Windows DPI scaling on, everything looks soft and not crisp. My wkp doesn't fit on my laptop screen.  I wanted to zoom it out as in HH1, but when I use the global zoom I still can't see my wkp.
