I remember this feature as far back as the ensoniq eps in the late 80s, kontakt has it now..... I seem to remember it from various IDE's as well.
Then you could select a bunch of items and give them the same height or vertical position or value range. Would speed up patching and layout tremendously. Of course you would also need a method of selecting multiple items from the graphic views, since it's impossible to select items from different patches simultaneously in the patching window...
so maybe someday..
