Can someone explain to me exactly what this mode does?? I had some reason for turning it off, I can't remember now.

I'll look it up in the wiki.

cheers,
-e

It seems like Touch High Precision is broken.... I tried it on knobs and sliders. Both track their values 1:1. The control range is just from the top to the bottom of the component, even with precision at 10.
Strange... 10 works fine for me, although 15 or 20 would be better

keep the shift key pressed while you drag and you are in the high precision mode with mouse ;)

and you can tweak the precision factor value in the layout panel :)

I don't know how hard it would be to do this, but I would give it a +1.

Generally, I don't know why you wouldn't want the touchscreen and mouse to behave as similarly as possible (but there may be things I haven't thought of ;)
