For the general recorder, you also can add a switch to the dashboard module ( modules/interface control/usine panel/dashboard ) and do the same

2nd recording question, how do you sync the start and stop of the recorder with playing a wave file?

If I tell 3 outputs to record to disk I get a file that foobar can't play. What format am I getting and/or how can I record either 6 mono waves or a 6 ch wave?
Thanks!
