cause I'm not sure to understand, in the last version I've uploaded , if you set marker 1 to 2 for the first switch , in reverse mode this will play marker 2 to 1..normal..?

I worked on the patch (thanks for your begining idea ;-)) and I have got now what I wished... cool!

However they are two things that I don't understand:

1- The reverse function dosen't work... For example what I want is when you press "3rev" sample is play from marker 3 to the begining. For now these functions always start from the end to the marker..,!;,;?

2- When I record stuff from input soundcard, there is always a small decay at the beginig of the sample... I play with asio4all. Normally there is no problem..?.

So except that, it work well... We can play with library sample or record a sample "on the fly". There are two differents way to trigger sample:

-with mouse (or finger): sample is play from marker to the end (or retrigger)
-with midi keys: sample is play from the marker to the end, as long press

When you have play a pattern that you like, you can loop it on the second sampler (with midi learn, to have a great loop)!..

Can I send you the patch..? so If you have an idea (and time!) to correct the reverse button... and after that perhaps we can add it to the add-on, If you want.. Or maybe I can add it as "work in progress"... Let me know..

It works well, however I want to work in "syncmod=playbutton".. I want each button to play when it press and stop when it release..

you move your markers as you want , switch 1 will play marker 1 to 2 , switch 2 play markers 3 to 4 and so..

What i want it's simply a wave file slice with markers... and each part can be trigger with a play button (play as long as press)...

This divides a loop exactly by the number of steps.

Fom the output of your step module, use an A*B, B=100 divided by number of steps, and then from the A*B outlet, an A-B, B=100 divided by number of steps. From the A-B outlet you connect to both the Start Pos and Pos inputs. This only works for me in Bar Sync modes with a max record time set to 2x the desired playback length but it works well.

So when do we all compare our beat loop reslicers? ;)
