We are confused, but we can't do anything because a node, somewhere in the world, is broken.<br>When I contact the technical support, I feel that we are  too small to be really interesting. I'm in Montreal and I'm still having the same problem. Since you aren't having trouble I tried switching browsers, thinking that may be the issue. but I get the same results with IE, Firefox, and Chrome.
